Brunch at Fresh Fruit Lap cafe opposite our current place. Love their truffle omelette and bacon wrapped pineapple, awesome!

Symmetry Cafe In The Morning

I went back to Symmetry cafe with Peifong the next morning for their brunch menu.

Signature waffle lived up to its name, best waffle i had so far. Ice cream is okay, i dont fancy blueberry ice cream.

Katong used to have two Katong laska store side by side, apparently one of them did not make it. Lucky us, we have another newly spouted brunch place to chill on weekend. Food here is pretty good, i will be back to try their quiche which is sold out on the day we went.

The orange cake on the other hand is slightly disappointing, it is on the dry side and we cant taste any orange. sad :(

A nice brunch in our hood on Christmas day.

 I like their latte, preferred espresso with five ounce of milk.

 Turkish egg, poached eggs with chicken saggage and sour cream.

Their creamy hollandaise sauce made this egg ben one of the best I ever tasted.

Botanic Garden Food For Thought

 Treated ourselves a nice brunch last weekend in botanic garden.

Full works $20, we seldom pay for scrambled egg brunch, always felt that it is overly priced for something i can whipped up at home. This is nice but not impressive.

 Homemade raspberry sauce and chocolate pancake $13. The raspberry sauce is sourly sweet, we like this!

Cincia in Singapore

Cincia's visit to Singapore, a short trip to catch up and reminisce her expat life in Singapore 2 years back.

Other than shop shop shop, we brought them to eat eat eat.

 Lunch with an old TMAP accountant friend in Jaggi's Little India for their Kashmiri naan.

 Claire wish to have tissue prata before leaving so we drop by Spize nearby our place where they served awesome prata and mee goreng.

Sleepover Hatched special - Drizzle maple syrup on thick slices of French brioche toast, sandwiched with grilled bananas and streaky bacon between.

Brought the husband for a relaxing Saturday brunch at Riders Cafe at bukit timah fairway drive

Private country club, free parking. If you get lucky and u can see horses getting their morning run..

Morning pancake $10

The cake was light and fluffy linger with mild fragrant of the milk...together with the chunky mulberry sauce, they made me love eating pancake again!

 Egg Benedict!! $12 The cafe signature dish, at least this is what the forum says.. was the husband first try on egg ben too.. he cannot resist and shine a satisfaction smile after he had his first bite.. =D
